Facilities Coordinator

Job Description

• Manage and schedule quotes and work orders.

• Send email reports and updates to the clients.

• Send job requests details to contractors.

• Follow up with contractors regarding the job status and quotes.

• Update spreadsheets.

• Answer quote and work order queries.

• Adhere to KPI.

• Provide administration support to Operations, CEO and Senior Management.

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Facilities Coordinator or in the same role

• Experience using Microsoft Office with strong experience in Google Spreadsheets

• Someone who has worked with strata companies and understands strata facilities maintenance

• Ability to work to a timeline and prioritize

• Ability to take instructions and can work independently

• Must be resourceful, organized, and has initiative with a good head for problem solving

• Strong written and communication skills
