• Job Description:

    The Facility Manager organises, controls and coordinates the strategic and operational management of buildings and facilities in order to ensure the proper and efficient operation of all its physical aspects, creating and sustaining safe and productive environments.

    This role is responsible for the maintenance of the buildings, facilities as well as the day-to-day operation of the site – including site safety, fire, security, janitorial work, ground equipment, grounds maintenance, car parking and environmental and waste management – in a manner that is compliant with all regulatory and statutory requirements.


    - At least 10 year of working experience in building and facility management

    - Liaison experience with government agents

    - Experience with P&L and business plan strategy

    - Strong background exposure with both domestic and international vendor

    - Must be amenable to work in Clark, Pampanga
