Responsibilities / Key Outputs
1.1 Planning operational policies and procedures, managing facility workers, budgeting, and supervising usage
of supplies and equipment for the facility.
1.2 Coordinate and integrate the activities of all operational systems within the facility for seamless efficiency.
These systems might include scheduling meeting times for the facility office spaces and others.
1.3 Formulate plans in place to maintain a variety of systems and functions within the facility such as regularly
execute cleaning procedures throughout the the facility, rest rooms and other areas of the building.
1.4 Keeps watch over maintenance and repair of facility equipment.
1.5 Monitor the facility for compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.
1.6 Coordinate efforts with security company personnel to ensure security of the company and its personnel.
1.7 Ensures that workers at the facility are not at risk from health or environmental dangers.
1.8 Safety and security checks might apply to electrical systems, security and fire alarms, maintenance of
machinery, and outdoor grounds.
1.9 Create plan in place for emergency preparedness to protect both the physical facility and personnel.
1.10 Find new ways of managing the facilities that reduce costs and improve efficiency, productivity and safety.
1.11 Ensures all policies and procedures of the facility are enforced.
1.12 Conducts regular walk through of the facility to assist visual maintenance and security.
1.13 Take responsibility for all keys that access all doors in each facility.
1.14 Performs messengerial duties such as picking up and delivering documents/items as directed and running
errands (Banks, affiliates and other offices).
1.15 Processing of Government (SSS, HDMF, PHIC and BIR) & Regulatory Permit, Filing and Payment.
1.16 Collection of Checks and Payment of Utilities
1.17 Maintains cleanliness and orderliness by performing housekeeping duties (hallways, reception, pantry and
restrooms).
1.18 Perform general office or clerical work such as filling materials, operating duplicating machines.
1.19 Prepare food and drinks during meetings held in the office.
1.20 Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
