  • The Facility Management Specialist is responsible in monitoring, operating and coordinating the day to day critical facilities operations of the company. Operation, monitoring, maintenance and repair of this facility includes but is not limited to security, housekeeping, facilities assets (i.e. furniture, appliances, gadgets, PC units, tenant services), safety, comfort, space planning, move coordination and vendor resources and controls. Ensures the integration of people, systems, place, process, and technology. This position works closely with the HR and Operations Manager and the team to operate and maintain the facilities of the company in a safe, reliable and efficient condition.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Access
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
