Offer description

• Review parts drawing 2D before inspection process.

• Conduct All Grades measurement on new develop tool / mold, or as customer request for their Qualification documents.

• Conduct measurement on repair area of parts. To verify if still accurate or with in specification as the drawing standard

• Coordinate to Parts Engineer for all the development, Re-FAI parts.

• Request Schedule of FAI from the Parts Engineer.

• Provision of Inspection Standard Measurement & Appearance & Orient Quality Dimension Inspector on how to perform the Inspection Standard.

• Spearhead Measurement levelling of customer.

• Perform Jig Checking Internal or as per customer advice.

• Conduct Flash Improvement Activity, Coordinate to Parts Engineer for the plan schedule.

• Support Parts Engineer on Daily Process checking on creation & sending of report

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by Immediate Superior

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least College level or College graduate or equivalent.

Ability to follow instructions and departmental goals.

At least 1 year experience in the same field.

Adaptability in a fast paced working environment.

Can work with minimum supervision.
