    Responsible of the over-all product design & developments of assigned department.


    1. Conceptualize styles and color story for development for each fashion season.
    2. Regularly do research on fashion forecast, silhouettes and fabrication.
    3. Research and develop new design appropriate to the desired market.
    4. Explore new designs and vendors that can develop at favorable terms.
    5. Prepare Merchandise Program (Mood Board, Line Sheet & Tech Pack) within the given forecast.
    6. Present the Merchandise Program for screening and approval.
    7. Consistently coordinates with supplier regarding product development and other related matters.
    8. Review and evaluate quality and designs of product samples in accordance to the specification required.

    9. Coordinate with Quality Control Department for inspection standing of the merchandise to be delivered.
    10. Prepare final Product Line sheet of incoming merchandise for reference & awareness of Operation and Marketing Dept.
    11. Regularly go on store visit to update with the competitive brands in her/his department and determine salability.
