    Job Description:
    The Customer Service Representatives primary responsibility is to answer incoming customer calls, addressing customer questions and resolving concerns. Returns customer calls is a professional and timely manner. Tasks include, but are not limited to logging calls and documenting call notes in customer account system, following through to the end with the request or call and closing with positive results.


    • College graduate or must have finished second year in college
    •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •Typing skills and accuracy
    •Able to communicate effectively with all parties
    •Extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
    •Ability to take initiative and work independently
    •Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year call center experience
