    c.Orientation of new employees
    d.Arrangement of 201 files

    2. ADMINISTRATIVE:

    a.Keep company vehicles ledger updated
    b.Encode Service Field Reports of the Engineers & Technician.
    c.Collect Client Call Report of the Sales Executives

    REQUIREMENTS:

    1.Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Science Major in Psychology Graduate
    2.At least 2 years of TIMEKEEPING experience.
    3.Microsoft offices literate.
    4.Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
    5.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
