  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    ● Ensure that the Distributors have enough agents on the ground actively selling
    ● Ensure that the Distributors have a clear plan on where to saturate and where to go on a daily basis, the distributor should have at least a four week schedule with booth setups, saturation runs and manpower per setup
    ● Provide feedback to Team Leads and Sales agents what’s going on, provide and share best practice between the distributors
    ● Provide feedback and input to the commercial director on a daily level about ongoing activities, hurdles and challenges, suggest proactive solutions to resolve problems or questions quickly
    ● Secure that all agents on the ground actually are on the ground working
    ● Secure recruitment to fulfill agent quota
    ● To accept any new assignments that management may give you and to work eagerly, wholeheartedly and sincerely towards the fulfillment of all company-wide objectives.
