Certified Public Accountant

Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course

At least three years experience as an Accounting Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of check payments to suppliers and other expenses.

• Responsible as cash/send out fund custodian

• Update the monthly summary of Input VAT

• Overseeing and directing accounting staff and cashier.

• Responsible for the purchase of supplies and materials needed for operation.

• Monitors the availability of reagents, consumables and supplies.

• Locate vendors of equipment/ materials/supplies and conduct interview in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.

• Canvass prices of reagents and materials.

• Prepare purchase requisition of equipment/materials/supplies needed for operation.

• Prepare Purchase Order of equipment/materials/suppliers needed for operations

• Responsible for the performance evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors.

• Update, maintain and monitor approved list of suppliers.

• Responsible in reviewing ISO documents

• Monitor proper filing of records and ensure its proper preservation.

• Will be part of cost analysis and price review team

Willing to be assigned in Alabang

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SAP
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
