  • URGENT HIRING: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Work Location: Lapu Lapu City
    Salary Package: Php 13,000 to Php 20,000

    Required Experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any course
    • With at least 1 year experience in Administrative work
    • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
    • Highly Conversant in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
    • Multi-tasking and can work under pressure
    • Male / Female,

    JOB SUMMARY:
    Assists the Administration and HR Manager in all administrative, HR and purchasing functions. Also acts as Petty Cash Custodian.

    ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Responsible for preparing, collating, coordinating, processing and sending documents needed for the renewal of licenses and permits of the Company for its operations.
    2. Assists in organizing company events and programs e.g. Christmas Party, and other activities.
    3. Conducts necessary coordination needed for meetings such as venue, preparation of refreshments, meals, etc.
    4. Monitors inventory and replenishment of office and pantry supplies and cleaning materials.
    5. Responsible for processing travel arrangements and hotel.
    6. Monitors and coordinates processing of application of Alien Employment Permit and Visa of Cebu Branch Manager.
    7. Monitors all utility bills such as telephone, water, building rental, maintenance fee and process payments accordingly.
    8. Coordinates and processes matters concerning communication concerns.
    9. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

    HR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Responsible for sending attendance logs, collecting DTR’s and submit to HR every cut off period.
    2. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

    FINANCE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Accounts Receivables
    1. Billing Dispatch
    2. Transmittal Monitoring & Filling
    3. Collection – SOA sending & Past Due Report
    4. Posting of Payment
    5. Monitoring of BIR 2307
    6. Proper issuance of Official & Non Vat receipts
    Accounts Payable
    1. Processing of Request for Payments
    2. Checking of Cost & Revenue (Shipment Cost Control & GL Profit by File Detail)
    3. Posting of Cost in Powernet
    4. Check Preparation
    5. Filing of Journal Voucher
    6. Preparation of BIR 2307
    7. Checking of Billing Statement, Invoices & Official Receipts from Suppliers in line with BIR requirements

    ADDITIONAL TASKS:
    • Container Deposit Monitoring
    • Petty Cash Monitoring
    • Petty Cash Replenishment
    • Compliance to the Quality Management System (QMS) Requirements.
    • Other Tasks mandated by Management
