  • Kuya Center for Street Children requires a book keeper/ administrative assistant.

    Basic book keeping skills, literacy in microsoft office computer skills essential.

    Knowledge of quickbooks is an advantage

    The administrative assistant ensures that:

    all financial records of the organization are accurate and maintained;

    all legal obligations for a Non-Government Organization are followed and maintained. This includes submission of requirements to SEC, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig.

    Requirements and procurement of city permits maintained.

    Assists in financial reporting to funders and Board of Trustees

    Graduates of business and finance management are welcome to apply

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Accounting, Teamwork
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
