  • JOB Description:
    1. Monitor and Prepare accurate reports of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
    2. Input daily Purchase orders both from clients and supplier.
    3. Issuing of checks clients and suppliers.
    4. Budgeting and calculating daily expenses.
    5. Monitor Inventory prices from the warehouse.
    6. Collaborate with Finance Head for Cash Flow reports.

    1. Knowledge of Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
    2. Pay attention to details and able to communicate and collaborate with co employees.
    3. Must be graduate of any business related course preferrably finance management.
    4. Willing to be assigned in Davao City.

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
