  • Qualifications:
    Graduate of BS Accountancy/Finance/Management of any related course
    Computer literate
    With 2-5 year experience


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    *Preparing check to check vouchers
    *Monitoring of day-to-day transactions, loans, petty cash
    *Weekly submission of check voucher disbursement
    *Balancing of check disbursement for weekly and monthly basis
    *Filing
    *Payment of utilities
    *Monitoring of upcoming dates of utilities due and interests
    *Answering phone calls and attending to the inquiries of suppliers(for disbursement of collections)
    *Checking the requests from employees and/or from purchasing department
    *Running errands outside
    *Keeping safe of files for payable
    *Updating of bank signatories and all types of forms regarding bank account
