Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer-specific requirements and ERP standard features in the finance and data management modules

• Providing ERP functional specifications based on business requirements or providing the combined functional and technical specifications

• Understand client needs through regular interaction and recommend financial solutions accordingly.

• Work with the project manager, tech lead, solution architect and technical designers for finding the best possible solutions

• Assist users in pilot testing scenarios and testing activities

• Executing project activities in accordance with the project plan, by the specified dates, by acceptable quality standards and by the specific budget

• Ensuring that professional and appropriate communication with customers and project team members, and status reporting practices are followed for all project activities

• Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities to support business development planning.

• Review the accounting procedures and recommend improvements.

• Guide and motivate finance team to enhance productivity and revenue

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial and equivalent

-CPA is advantage

-2-3 yrs of experience working in a accounting firm or in a related industry

-Experience handling ERP System (INFOR LN, CSI, Supply Chain) is advantage

-Experience in project implementation and rollout is advantage

-Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities

-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

-Can travel across Philippines as well as abroad

-Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City
