  • Reporting directly to the Admin General Assistant Manager and Chief Operations Officer, serving as an integral member of financial management team, as Senior Finance Manager you shall be responsible for analyzing financial information, preparing projections to produce business forecasts, industry, and economic conditions used by Management in making investment decisions. The position also requires preparing and designing financial models and sensitivity analysis on investment prospects by interpreting data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, future trends in investment risks, and economic influences.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or any equivalent courses

    • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

    • With more than 8 years of working experience in managing admin and finance functions in a financing organization

    • With working knowledge and experience in government reporting and requirements for financing company

    • Ability to manage employees, while multi-tasking large projects

    • Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft office Suite

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Living not too far, preferably in Manila

    • Strong interpersonal, managerial and customer service skills required

    • Must be detail oriented with analytical thinking

    • Experience in consolidating financial statements is an advantage

    • Passionate and has a positive attitude towards the job

    SALARY: 80,000 - 100,000

    BENEFITS:

    WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday/ 8am- 5pm

    WORKING LOCATION: Salcedo Street. Corner Gamboa and Adelantado Street. Legaspi Village, Makati City
