Job Responsibilities:

Analyzing financial data to identify company's financial status

Act as an adviser to Finance Department on all financial matters and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives

Plan, organize and direct timely and accurate preparation of financial regulatory report for management, government agencies and other business partners external

Administer and review the preparation of company's operating budget, medium and long term financial plan and forecast

Check, review and approve disbursement of company fund

Administer and control funds safekeeping and availability

Monitor billings and collections from customers

Protects company resources through various insurances

Coordinate with external auditor and different governmental agencies such as BIR. SEC & PEZA

Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications:

Preferably a CPA, with at least ten (10) years related experience

With Management skills and experience in financial statement, budget and management report preparation, preparation of reportorial requirements with different government agencies, and handling external audit by both government agencies and third party auditor.

Well-versed in MS Office specifically MS Excel

Preferably familiar or knowledgeable in SAP Business One (SAP B1) system
