  • We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide accurate, timely and useful financial information that would aid management in decision-making
    • Provide useful information to Operation to improve its bottom-line
    • Control costs and eradicate wastes.
    • Manage Company assets effectively
    • Implement organization’s accounting procedures, maintain accounting records, prepare financial statements and reports
    • Prepare reports required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory agencies.
    • Analyze and interpret operating results in terms of profitability and performance against budget.
    • Formulate and implement accounting and other policies that concern finance.
    • Tax planning and management
    • Ensure smooth operation of Finance Department encouraging healthy internal competition, planning staff professional growth and increasing staff competency
    • Formulate and properly implement all finance and finance-related policies and cost-savings measures.
    • Continuously identify areas of improvement that would help improve the bottom-line and eradicate wastes
    • Ensure maintenance of accurate financial records, timely provision of relevant financial reports, analyses and interpretation of operating results
    • Ensure timely submission of reports required by government and other regulatory agencies.
    • Review monthly result of operation with a purpose of identifying ineffective and inefficient areas for improvement, providing alternative courses of actions, and quantifying cost savings.
    • Review monthly financial standing to ensure accurate recording, establish existence of assets and efficient disposal of liabilities
    • Create monthly quick targets for Finance staff
    • Review actual versus budget reports and meet with Operation heads to discuss ways to improve areas where we can save costs or improve processes
    • Sign payment vouchers and checks and ensure that such conform to finance and finance-related policies before payment
    • Coordinate with banks and HRD to ensure timely and accurate payment of payroll

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
    • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus proven experience as a Financial Manager
    • At least 7 Years of work experience
    • Should be proactive and of high integrity
    • With good oral and written communication skills, self-motivated, with high initiative and have the ability to work as part of a team
    • With excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities
    • Have extensive understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
    • Have working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
    • Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 7
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
