    JOB DESCRIPTION

     Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration/Management.

     At least two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in financial regulations and accounting processes.

     Leadership Skills

     Oral and Written Communication Skills

     Strong attention to Details and Organized

     Proactive

     Ability to Diagnose and Solve a Problem

     Computer Literate

     Can start ASAP

    DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

    1. Supervision Management

     Monitor the Check Voucher, Releasing of Checks, Expenditures and budget

     Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets

     Forecast the monthly expenses and funding to be made

     Oversee the petty cash transactions

    2. Financial Management

     Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely

     Review financial paperwork and procedures and make appropriate changes

     Manage the preparation of financial documents (e.g. balance sheets, income statements, expense reports)

     Does other task that is assigned by the Head of the Finance Department

     Does other administrative works that are needed from time to time

    3. Billings and Collection

     Oversee the Billings and Collection transactions

     Prepare billings from time to time

     Monitor collections

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Numbers, Analysis, Accounting, Finances, Time Management
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
