Finance Specialist

Offer description

Verify, record, audit and process transactions.
Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, collections, receipts, and information related to sales collections and inventory.
Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
Communicate with customer, deliver partners and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner. Also, discuss status and reconciliation of payment.
Minimum Qualifications:

1. Accounting graduate and 2 to 3 years experience in Credit & Collection

2.with years of experience using Microsoft Application and Xero Accounting Software

3. Has experience in volume accounts reconciliation process, analytical and attentive to details.

4. Customer oriented and a Team player.

5. Can start ASAP

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
