  • Duties and responsibilities:

    -Managing records and receipts

    -Assisting in the preparation of budgets

    -Disbursement and Purchases Book;

    -Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions

    -Processing invoices

    -Acts in an ethical way when dealing with company assets and other people;

    -Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams

    -Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters;

    -Checking of Branch transaction such as bills payment and petty cash disbursement;

    Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required;

    Job Qualification

    - Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and or equivalent;

    -Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a Similar role;

    -Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel;

    -Attention to details and ability to multi-task;

    -Good understanding of accounting principles;

    - Strong communication skills and organizational ability;

    -Able to extend long hours to meet departmental deadline;

    -Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig;
