  • Job Qualifications:



    - Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting etc.

    - With at least three years professional and leadership experience as finance supervisor or officer.

    - Proven work experience and expertise in a quantitatively-heavy role

    - With expertise in accounting software such as Quickbooks, ERIC, etc.

    - Proficient knowledge of MS Applications especially in Excel

    - With strong skills set in people management and development, planning, communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical.

    General Accountabilities:



    Accounts Receivable



    - Initiate and implement an effective system to achieve billing and collection goals of the team.

    - Performs Annual and Quarterly AR review to manage Doubtful Account/s and identify collection risks.

    - Provides accurate reports and analysis on financial data and metrics

    Leadership (People and Process Development):



    - Collaborates with managers in developing operating policies and procedures that will further enhance the process flow of the division/business unit

    - Gives necessary guidance on resolving concerns, issues, trouble-shooting etc.

    - Provides regular coaching and mentoring which aims for constant development and improvement of team members.

    - Involves in the selection process for needed manpower under his/her department.

    - Conducts process flow orientation for new members of the team as well as the working dynamics and culture of the organization.

    Administrative Matters:



    - Performs technical and administrative functions such as but not limited to active participation during meetings and company activities (divisional and management meetings, client briefing and important meetings, engagement activities etc.).

    - Management and delivery of initiatives / programs in the Finance Division Operational Plan that are related to across all the four (4) Pillars- Financial Growth, Customer Satisfaction, Internal Process and People, Learning and Development.

    - Other responsibilities that may be assigned and deemed necessary.
