    We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-experienced Financial Administration Assistant, who desires to work in our professional, rewarding, motivating and supportive workplace.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Bookkeeping (50% of the role)

    -Enter contractor timesheets into Xero with correct cost code allocation to the job

    -Run necessary reports to track KPI’s

    General Administration

    -Updating processes and procedures in Google Intranet Site

    -Perform administrative tasks to support all marketing activities

    -Customer service, following up with prospect clients and existing clients

    -Responding to customer emails, enquiries and voicemails and making Inbound and outbound calls

    -General Administration tasks

    Marketing

    -Update Wordpress pages

    -Collate/filter through photographs from jobs for marketing purposes

    Qualifications and Experience/Skills Required:

    -Must be Xero Certified

    -Be able to (or learn how) to complete required Australian Construction Industry documentation in the relevant timeframes

    -Have working experience using G-Suite

    -Construction industry experience/knowledge would be an advantage

    -Some WordPress experience preferred but not essential

    -Be able to read, write, understand & speak very good English to answer & make phone calls.

    Tools and Software experience required:

    -Xero

    -GSuite

    -CRM

    -Wordpress
