Offer description

This role will operate on a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract basis working five days a week, covering maternity leave. (Possibility of permanency upon review following this period).

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Adhere to the company tax requirements
- Processing Ad hoc Payments
- Processing General Ledger Journals including month end/ year end journals
- Complete the month end processes and reporting within specified timeframes
- Support payroll processing requirements
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register, including asset additions, disposals and depreciation
- Ensure the Trial balance should be closed and ready for report running by 3rd working day of next month to adhere to efficient month end closure.
- Preparing weekly cash forecasts and make sure we are in band with the cash requirements at all the times
- Payroll checking and make sure the entries are duly passed in the books
- Ensure insurance related requirements are properly adhered to
- Other ad hoc tasks as required by the CFO

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
