    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Communicate and liaise with insurers

    • Manage incoming calls, emails and daily mail

    • Prepare documentation and application forms for new clients

    • Assist in preparing insurance quotes and implementation of insurance

    • Assist Financial Planners in client management and inquiries

    • Assist clients with their inquiries including but not limited to bank details, updating of addresses, policy changes

    • Manage and update data into XPlan

    • Keep comprehensive file notes

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Degree in Accounting, Business Management or related

    • Background in Australian Financial Planning Admin/Life Insurance/Income Protection

    • Experience in data entry and CRM management

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

    • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

    • Self-motivated

    • Quick learner

    • Team player

    • Ability to work within deadlines

    • Desire to learn and develop in the industry is highly valued

    • Knowledge in XPlan software would be an advantage

  • 1 year of experience
