  • Financial Planning Assistant: Financial Planning suppoprt, Life insurance/income protection Insurance quotes and claims.

    ANYWHERE IN THE PHILIPPINES. Work from home, normal Philippines daytime hours.

    We are looking for a motivated, experienced and professional person who is capable of thinking independently and working collaboratively. You will be providing support to the Financial Planner; assisting with investment advice statements, rollovers, insurance quotes and claims and general office support. Experience in Australian Financial planning is highly regarded.

    Main responsibilities:

    Financial planning Review Process

    • Keeping track of upcoming reviews

    • Compliance checks – ID, IFSA forms, FSG documentation

    • Obtaining and sending Authorities

    • Collating Insurance Research – Risk Researcher

    • Collating Super Research

    • Updating XPlan

    • Wealthsolver

    Generating advice agreements and documentation

    • Drafting

    • Uploading and tracking in sales force

    • Fee forms for Platforms (north, netwealth, asgard) – New task

    • Checking Fees and agreements match

    • Invoice preparation

    Centrelink checks – Client letters

    • Updating assets and income for clients

    Various client maintenance duties

    • Updating contact details

    • Beneficiary nominations

    Account closures/rollovers

    • Withdrawals and deposits

    • General client queries

    • Payment queries/missed payments

    • Tax return assistance – obtaining reports balances etc

    SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) preparation and implementation

    • Compliance checks

    • Document preparation

    • Implementation:

    • asset purchases

    o Insurance applications/changes/cancellations

    o Opening super/investment accounts/rollovers

    Insurance quotes and claims

     Life, income protection & TPD

     Obtaining documentation from clients for quotes and claims

     Managing claims process within industry guidelines

    Skills

    • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

    • Entrepreneur mentality with regard time management

    • Self-managed and hardworking

    • Computer literacy preferred

    Must haves

    • Strong administrative and organisational skills.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Sound computer skills including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet.

    Must have a clean criminal record and a reliable internet connection
