2. Prepare all regulatory requirements for FDA application, renewal and submittals for Certificate of Product Registration
3. Processed meat production forecasting.
4. Source raw materials and spices
5. Receive raw materials and spices purchases based on specs
6. Conducts/Monitors checklist for GMP/SSOP
7. Monitors records for HACCP
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: Self-confidence, Decision making, Communication and persuasion, Goal-oriented, Reports, Teamwork
