Duties/Responsibilities
Calls that clients place to request assistance are referred to as inbound calls. Call center representatives respond to their inquiries, address problems, help with orders, and more. Agents, in essence, ensure that every client inquiry has been or is currently being handled.
Typically, this phrase describes call center representatives who get in touch with clients in order to pitch them a good or service. Others might refer to it as cold calling. Outbound calls serve a variety of purposes in addition to making sales. Agents can also follow up with clients to ensure that all of their previous issues have been resolved, and if not, to address any concerns they may have about the goods or services their organization provides.

What are we looking for?
-Applicant must be at least 18 years old
-Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum)/senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
-Above Average English communication skills
-Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
-Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM
