  • Front Desk Clerk
    Department: Operations
    Directly Reporting to: Area Manager – Housing and Housekeeping, or Bar, Security and Maintenance

    Summary
    Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and make sure they feel comfortable in their environment.

    Principal Activities & Responsibilities
    • Greets and welcome guests.
    • Operate cash drawer, handles cash, checks and credit card payments.
    • Balance guest accounts.
    • Maintain room availability.
    • Make and confirms reservations via telephone and in person.
    • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, and activities.
    • Arrange transportation.
    • Collect and distribute messages for guests.
    • Balance revenue at the end of the shift.
    • Secure patrons valuables in safe.
    • All other duties as assigned.


    Job Qualification
    • With good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Very presentable and well groomed.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.

  • Minimum education level: Vocational
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Windows
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
