  • 1. Web front-end function development and implementation;

    2. Participate in project demand analysis, product usability improvement and Web interface technology optimization;

    3. Responsible for the development of front-end interface and front-end components/class libraries,

    4. Research and explore innovative development ideas and cutting-edge front-end technologies, and apply them to teams and products.

    Requirements

    1. With Bachelor’s degree in Computer-related majors or its equivalents;

    2. Minimum of 3 years work experience in Front-End Development;

    3. In-depth knowledge of Web standards, practical understanding and practical experience of related knowledge such as performance optimization and accessibility;

    4. Familiar with JS programming, and master Vue.js, Nuxt.js, ES6, Typescript, and other front-end related development technologies or frameworks;

    5. Must have actual project experience;

    6. Preferably with experience in React, Node.js and web mobile development;

    7. Preferably someone who can withstand work pressure.

    BENEFITS

    1. 13th Month Pay

    • Given every 20th of December. Rate used is full monthly salary.

    2. 4 meals/day

    • Include free drinks, fruits, and snacks.

    3. Birthday Gift Money

    • 2,000 Pesos per year. Given only for Regular Employees. If the employee had his/her birthday during the probationary period (3 months), then the employee will not have his/her birthday gift money.

    4. Team Building Fund

    • 1,000 pesos per person per month. Not given on cash. Funds provided to Department Heads. Not applicable during the pandemic.

    5. Attendance Bonus

    • 1,000 pesos per month. Provided, that the employee is present in his/her workplace for the entire month. Availing leave, regardless if with pay or not, and having tardiness with disqualify the employee from availing such bonus. Provided, that there is a 10 minutes grace period for the employee for him to be considered late and disqualified.

    • Payment on Holiday Pays, Night Differentials, Rest Day Duty are included, except Overtime Pay. Considering that the department head has asked the employee to work during holidays and rest days.

    Premium Rates are as follows:

     Regular Holiday Pay +100% of daily rate

     Special Holiday Pay +30% of daily rate

     Rest Day Duty +130% of daily rate

     Regular Holiday on Rest Day +260% of daily rate

     Special Holiday on Rest Day +150% of daily rate

     Double Holiday +200%

     Double Holiday on Rest Day +260% of daily rate

     Night Differential +10% of hourly rate

    15. Government Mandated Benefits

    16. Accommodation

    • 4 pax per room, the employees require live in company dormitory who can’t go back to home during the epidemic, after then they can go back home according to their own decision.

    17. Shuttle Service

    • Shuttle service is provided to transport employees to their workplace and back to their dormitories.
