  • Job Qualification:

    - Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field.

    - Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field.

    - Consistent, professional dress and manner.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    - Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    - Good time management skills.

    - Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.

    - Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

    Job Description:

    • Receive visitors and interested enrollees with their concerns

    • Assist visitors, interested enrollees, students, and teachers, by answering or referring inquiries to the concerned department

    • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival

    • Provide operational assistance to company personnel

    • Ensure cleanliness of the reception area by coordinating with housekeeping

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
