Job Scope

Receive visitors in a professional manner

Answer phone calls in a timely and polite manner

Manage mails and deliveries

Monitor security by following safety procedures and health protocols

File documents accurately

Maintain, control, and order office supplies

Organize meetings and mailings

Keep reception area and clean and neat
