  • Job Overview:

    The Fundraising Officer is in charge of sourcing funds thru fundraising activities.

    a. Functions, Tasks, and Responsibilities

    a. Research fundraising opportunities and write grant applications to other charitable institutions.

    b. Manage information and record the profile of donors participating in fundraising activities

    c. Devise and organize fundraising campaigns, events, and collections

    d. Formulate a budget for each fundraising activity.

    e. Manage budget provided by the Finance Department intended for fundraising needs

    f. Maintain and submit to Finance Officer full record of financial transactions in each fieldwork including timekeeping

    g. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Executive Director

    b. Professional Qualifications

    a. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or any related course,

    b. Keen to details, organized, meticulous, and hardworking,

    c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    d. Has the ability to communicate with people and is confident in presentations

    e. Knowledgeable in budget management
