  • Job Description

    1. Accountable for all the things found inside the cashier’s booth
    2. Greet the player upon his/her arrival/departure
    3. Ready the POS
    4. Process correctly the corresponding transactions of the players
    5. Ensure the authenticity of all the bills that are being handled by the Customer through the regular use of a money detector
    6. Call customer service for cash collection, pick-up, replenishment, technical assistance.
    7. Manage and monitor utility bills in the absence of the branch manager
    8. Update the amounts posted in the Daily Sales Report (DSR) after every transaction for sales count and cash tracking purposes.
    9. Accomplish the reports that are assigned to him/her (Daily Sales, Petty Cash Liquidation, Players Monitoring)
    10. Conduct a proper turnover of cash and endorsement of reports during her shift to the succeeding shift’s cashier
