  • Dash10 Managed Services, a representative office of Zeald, a New Zealand based company, is looking for a GEMA Project Assistant to join our team. The purpose of your role is to provide support to the Programme Manager and the GEMA team by coordinating project activities related to any and all projects. As a GEMA Project Assistant, your main duties are to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved. To handle multiple projects within a fast paced environment, is open to constant changes and challenges and to assist in daily tasks, needs, and manage project activities required for the GEMA programme and their partners both internal and external.

    Key Task and Responsibilities:

    * Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables

    * Organises and monitors schedules for meetings with internal and external partners.

    * Creates schedules and strategies to deliver projects.

    * Provision of a courteous, efficient, and responsive service for all people who contact the GEMA Team.

    * Support the upkeep of the GEMA database and associated data repositories.

    * Performs other related duties as required by the Manager.

    * Produce appropriate documentation as directed.

    * Assist the GEM team when required and to provide back up in case of absences

    * Undertake other tasks as identified from time to time.

    Key Attributes:

    * Fast reading ability in english and excellent english communication skills both written and verbal.

    * Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving

    * Able to proactively address potential issues

    * Highly flexible & adaptable with a willingness to complete a wide range of tasks and assignments.

    * Excellent organisational skills along with the ability to multi-task and manage a range of tasks and projects with strict deadlines.

    * The ability to be highly assertive where required.

    * A high level of initiative.

    * Excellent researching skills.

    * Good general computer skills - emails, documents, spreadsheets, using the web and general computer use.

    * Accountable and trustworthy with the ability to handle highly confidential information and hold it in strict confidence.

    * Strongly self motivated with a high-level of commitment to the role.

    * Courteous, positive, polite, accountable and adaptable.

    * Prepared to commit to the role for the long term (3 years minimum)

    * Can work well under pressure and with minimal supervision

    This is a full-time role and the working hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary, free health care, and great perks such as paid two weeks off during the Christmas and New Year period.
