General Accountant

Offer description

Finance / Bookkeeping duties using XERO and AroFlo systems
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Invoicing
Payroll
Bank Reconciliation
Debtor Management
Customer Service to Client
Assist with answering the phone
Filing and general admin duties
Provide support to director as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology/Accountancy
Must have Accounting Software experience (XERO and Airflo Software is a plus!)
Minimum of 2 years accounting experience in BPO industry
Excellent communication skills
High level of integrity and with strong work ethic
High attention to detail and accuracy is required
Must be computer savvy

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
