  • Job Description:

    • Assist in preparation of quotations, invoices, Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders

    • Answer phone calls and email correspondences

    • Assist to sort out Credit note , collection voucher, etc

    • Perform simple accounting duties relating to debit and credit functions

    • General administrative duties such as file management, data entry and sorting of documents

    • Provide administrative support to Senior Manager and team if necessary

    • Single point of contact for all office/facility matters

    • Responsible for liaising with office facility, vendors and any matters related to office building

    • Working along with IT and Building Management on facility matters (Utilities, Security, Fire drill, etc.)

    • Perform other office admin duties as necessary

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Finance

    • Familiarity with Loose-leaf Accounting is a plus

    • Proficient in Microsoft (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Prior experience using SAP system would be a bonus

    • Possess good book keeping skills
