General Accountant/Accounting Supervisor / 26k to 30k /QC - with experience

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Accountancy.

CPA is an advantage but not required.

With at least 3 years experience in the field.

Proficient in MS Office Applications.

With in-depth experience in all facets of accounting such as AR, AP, Cost, etc.

With good communication skills and ability to work well with people.



Duties:

1. Recording of daily collection.

2. Preparation of bank reconciliation

3. Preparation of billing/invoices.

4. Preparation of Debit Memo (DM) & Credit Memo (CM) to Affiliates.

5. Analyzing and monitoring of the Suspense Clearing Account and ensuring that all amounts recorded thereto are properly and timely closed.

Work Location: QC head office
