• General Services Management

• Manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from superiors

• Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices

• Liaise with subcontractors management and related government agency on requirements and issues to be settled

• Leadership of the team in the attainment of departmental set objectives thru coaching, reviewing, influencing and developing of personnel

• Initiate related improvement actions

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course

• With experience in the same capacity or at least 3-5 years work experiences as Senior Supervisor in General Affairs/ Administration

• With good communication, analytical skills, organized and willing to work beyond regular working hours, holidays, and weekends

• Flexible and can work with minimum supervision
