    Administration Matters:

    1. Assists the needs of Japanese staff including but not limited to processing of VISA, alien employment permit (AEP), Immigration matters and other related matters.

    2. Handles the property insurance matters of the Company making sure that the insurance coverage is appropriate.

    3. To coordinate with an insurance broker on the information and education campaign relating to insurance.

    4. Handles the purchasing process of the Company from Purchase Requisition (PR) preparation to the issuance of Purchase Order (PO). Monitoring of purchases and related payments thereof. Including proper supporting documents (e.g. invoices and others that are essential for Tax Credit Claims).

    5. Coordinate importation matters with the assistance of custom broker making sure that time frame or procurement. Payment of related taxes must be timely as well as remittance of payments.

    6. Supervises executive drivers and maintenance requirements of service vehicles.

    7. Other matters as delegated by management.

    Administration-IT Matters:

    1. Coordinate and monitors with IT consultants, suppliers for the internet requirement and communication system of the company, making sure that connectivity is always achieved at any given time.

    2. Handles security management of the Company’s various internet, programs and communication systems.

    3. Maintenance of the Company’s IT infrastructure including back up requirements.


    A graduate of Business Administration major in Operations Management/or Office Administration

    • Preferably Male,

    • Preferably with supervisory or managerial experience in the fields of office administration (immigration requirements and importation), IT/System management and purchasing.

    • Good moral character

    • Physically and mentally fit

    • Effective in dealing with people

    • Willingness to work under pressure

    • Willingness to travel to other assigned areas

    • Self-reliant and trustworthy

    • Highly analytical
