We are searching for a General Ledger Accountant to handle bookkeeping operations for our company. In this position, you will be responsible for keeping track of our daily transactions and noting whether they are following the company’s overall financial goals. You will also be responsible for reconciling our balance sheets, issuing financial statements, and going over account reconciliation with our accounts payable department. Our ideal applicant has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, several years of professional experience, and proficiency.

GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANT

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy

At least 2-3 years’ work experience as General Ledger Accountant

Professional accounting experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software.

Multi-tasker

Duties and Responsibilities

Track daily transactions and ensure their accuracy

Issue financial statements for each period

Record and track expense reports (reimbursement and liquidation of advances)

Reconcile intercompany transactions monthly

Expert in BIR compliance such as withholding tax compensation and expanded, Relief,

Reconcile invoices and balance sheets

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
