    Job Title: General Manager Assistant

    Department: Office Management Department

    Division/Section: Not Applicable

    Reports to: General Manager

    Job Summary:

    The General Manager Assistant is responsible for providing executive secretarial support to principal including management of his activities; meetings and correspondences.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Perform routine secretarial functions such as typing of business letters and correspondence, filing and safekeeping of pertinent documents, scheduling of appointments, routing mail, taking minutes of the meeting and research.

    2. Prepare reports as per instruction.

    3. Coordinates with inter-departmental work projects and serves as liaison between the General Manager and other employees.

    4. Coordinates the timely completion and circulation of agendas, minutes and proposals

    5. Assists during signing of contracts and other documentation in connection with administrative issues.

    6. Liaises with Accounting Department, HR Department, Legal Department and other professional advisers in relation to various corporate matters.

    7. Sort, review, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mails.

    8. Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondences.

    9. Establish, maintain and update files, databases, records and other important documents.

    10. Filing and safekeeping of important documents.

    11. Other instruction as assigned by supervisor from time to time.


    Required minimum level of Education:

    A qualified candidate must be a degree holder of any specialization.

    Required minimum level of Experience:

    With one (1) to three (3) years of relevant professional experience of the same capacity.

    The ideal candidate must

    a. have a good communication skills

    b. able to withstand work-pressure and multitask

    c. flexible and willing to work extra hours to complete major project

    d. have reliable personality
