  • WeLink MCS is currently hiring for a General Manager on behalf of a client in the Retail & Finance – Motorcycle Industry.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes

    • Designs and implements business strategies, plans, and procedures

    • Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to Board of Directors and other Company officers

    • Directs acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organization goals

    • Establishes policies that promote Company culture and vision

    • Provides a system for the business to improve process and control

    • Oversees daily operations of the Company and the work executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and HR)

    • Acquires new client to increase profitability of the Company

    • Strictly evaluates the performance of all employees in the organization

    • Motivates staff to meet or surpass organizational and sales goals

    • Maintains good relationship with business partners, suppliers and clients


    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or other relevant field

    • Preferably with Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management

    • Has 5 – 10 years working experience in the logistics industry especially in subcon trucking business model in a Logistics or Trucking Service Company

    • Has experience in Supply Chain management such as Warehousing Management and Cross Docking

    • Has a wide network of connections in the transport industry

    • Outstanding leadership skills

    • Excellent conflict resolution skills

    • Knowledgeable in MS Office
