  • Job Responsibilities:

    Expected to perform full range of office support requirements and uses judgment in making decisions where alternatives are determined by established policies and procedures

    Generally, he/she must be proficient in all aspects of office management systems, which includes but not limited to, preparation and processing of business/government forms, sustain database systems through word processing, operation of office machines, manage calendars and appointments

    Reviews files, records and other documents.

    Job Qualifications :

    Preferably a graduate of Business Administration

    Has the ability to communicate effectively

    Presents strong knowledge in general office practices, and, usage of Microsoft Office applications

    Must have a professional demeanor, and, a strong orientation to customer excellence
