Responsibilities:
• Supplying prompt, expert responses to client questions and resolving their issues.
• Maintaining records of client communications and transactions in the business' database.
• Keeping up a complete awareness of the company's offerings, promotions, and services.
• Calmingly and successfully handling and resolving customer issues.
• Observing the protocols and scripts in place for call centers.
• Achieving the company's performance targets and goals

Qualifications:
• 1 Year CCE
• Willing to work onsite on Dayshift Schedule
• Above average communication skills
• With valid NBI Clearance
• At least Senior or High School graduate
