  • Extensive experience in graphic design and usage of the Adobe Suite

    Project Management Skills

    Experience in Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Management, or a related field

    Proven capability in brand development and collateral design

    Excellent typography skills, In design, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills

    Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

    Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative

    Ability to balance work on several projects at a time

    Ability to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues with confidence

    Research, write, gather, organize, and edit information for publication on websites, other online platforms, and print.

    Creating original content for our website and advertising that includes copywriting, graphics, and technical work.

    Analyzing performance indicators and web traffic and determining the effectiveness of created content.

    Coming up with content goals and strategies and pitching ideas to the Marketing Head.

    Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content using good SEO techniques.

    Contribute extensively to the design process through the creation of

    1. Photos/Videos of products, the property, and events

    2. Physical and online collaterals

    3. Development of logos

    4. Seasonal promotional campaigns

    5. Email blast layouts

    Document accomplished jobs in an organized manner, in the I’M Hotel common drive and a physical file that is categorized per promotion/season

    Liaise with stakeholders to ascertain needs for each assignment and ensure desired outcomes via the Job order form

    Maintains social media schedule and collaborates with marketing team to ensure that visuals, copy and ad budget are aligned and effective

    Work with Marketing Head and/or Marketing Assistant to Create a social media content plan twice a month, for approval of Marketing Head

    Works with external marketing vendors where appropriate to ensure targets are reached

    Coordinate with respective departments for information on the upcoming and ongoing events and promotions.

    Ensure digital and physical signages are accurate and updated

    Perform other administrative and non-administrative duties as may assigned by the employer, Marketing Head, GM from time to time, through direct written order or by verbal agreement.

    Perform to the best of her abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities assigned by Marketing Head, GM, or employer
