Job Description:

Marketing Services & Graphic Designing

• Help design promotional material for ads, catalogues, social media posts and videos.

• Prepare content for internal use (like guidelines and glossaries).

• Create customizable templates we can use for multiple purposes, including product stickers, presentations, Logos and mock up designs for other projects.

• Write copy for marketing and communication material, including press releases, infographics and social media posts.

• Coordinate with team members to gather items, images, logos, stats and content to use in various creative projects.

• Maintain updated records of the images, videos and guides that we use.

• Research and recommend new ideas for strengthening our brand.

Administrative Tasks

• Monitor and use office equipment and materials (computers, printers, fax machines, copies, physical files, etc.)

• Report any problems with office equipment; help resolve the issues if possible.

• Answer phones, direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed; prepare outgoing mail (including prepping larger packages for sending); sort and deliver incoming mail to appropriate persons.

• Monitor and use office equipment and materials (computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, physical files, etc.)

• Help to immediately resolve and mediate customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Expert in photo or video editing software (like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Adobe Premiere Pro)

• Understanding of digital advertising tactics

• Copywriting skills

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing/Advertising, Arts, Business Management or any related course

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

• Overtime pay

• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English ,Tagalog
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Adobe Ilustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Editing
