  • Description

    · Provide marketing support for the organization by creating specific marketing deliverables,

    i.e. PowerPoint presentations, general marketing packages, resumes, project sheet

    descriptions, social media postings, Cosential entries and performing a variety of design and

    clerical functions.

    Required Skills

    · Proficiency with Adobe InDesign creating and modifying layouts;

    o Working with bookmarks, movies and sounds clips, hyperlinks, cross-references, and

    page transitions;

    o Creating Interactive PDFs thorough InDesign.

    · Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

    · Use of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for image manipulation and design.

    Minimum Qualifications

    · Must speak, read and write fluent English

    · Strong communication skills with the ability to interact productively with the team

    · Keen attention to detail

    · Strong organizational skills

    · Work efficiently – allocate one’s own time efficiently; handle multiple demands and

    competing priorities

    · Web and computer navigation

    · Experience with graphics and presentation layouts.

    · Has an eye for design and has creativity.

    · Proficient with the following software programs (Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook),

    Skype, BlueBeam/Adobe, Box)

    · Ability to electronically organize and maintain files

    Job Responsibilities

    · Create presentation slides by working with fellow stakeholders. Goal to create a “best of

    class” presentations.

    · Assist the Marketing Department in gathering and compiling project data and other

    information

    · Prepare and update resumes for all WEO employees

    · Create marketing packages displaying WEO’s past projects

    · Creating and updating project data sheets

    · Data entry into WEO’s CRM system, Cosential.

    · Creating and posting various news items on WEO’s social media sites.

    · Creating WEO’s internal employee newsletter, WEO Wire.

    · Update and maintain WEO’s website

    Work Hours

    Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes 1-hr lunch break) PT, Los Angeles, CA
