  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Workflow Coordination

    - Work with marketing executives to balance upcoming projects based on current available resource allocations

    - Manage project assignment between both internal and external resources to look for synergies to avoid duplication

    - Work with external marketing agencies to coordinate the creative creation aspect of jobs and project assigned to them of work

    Collateral creation

    - Work with marketing executives to ensure that created collaterals (EM/DM/Website/Social Media) are dynamic and exciting according to brand guidelines and brief provided by campaign planners to entice members to react.

    - Coordinate with external departments for creation of collaterals

    - Managing of workload to determine which collaterals to be completed in house and which to outsource

    - Adaptation of collaterals to accommodate other departments, external partners and club request.

    Marketing cloud

    - Management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Creative Email Building System and understand its full capabilities

    - Maintain Email Template builder to adhere to Brand guidelines.

    - Liaising with US team to understand best practices and assist with problem solving for Asia Pacific Marketing cloud creative creation related problems.

    Marketing Execution

    - Tailoring of emails and social media to allow for dynamic fields to provide members with relevant personal information

    - Provide support for the creative aspects of campaigns lead by external departments, partners and clubs designers which need to be marketed

    - Understanding and enforcing brand guidelines for internal products

    Digital Platforms

    - Responsible for digital design for existing company digital platforms, web and mobile, and when required on new products in development.

    - Contribute to different projects, either with internal team, with external agencies or independently while focusing on delivering user experience and design specifications, ensuring that they meet our business needs.

    - Liaising with internal campaign team and digital marketing to ensure that designs communicate the intended message, brand identity and look and feel, and that content structure and information architecture is correct.

    SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

    - Diploma in Graphic Design/ Web Design / Multimedia Design or related subject

    - At least 3-5 years web and multimedia design experience

    - Experience in managing a team of designers

    - Experience in working with creative agencies

    - Proficiency in HTML/CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash is a MUST

    - Knowledge of programming JavaScript, JQuery, Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be an advantage

    - Ability to work independently and be a good team player with good interpersonal skill

    - Innovative, creative and resourceful

    - Knowledge of different digital platforms – social media, web, mobile applications

    - An eye for detail

    - Organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines

    - Proficiency in a third language (Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese) a big plus
