  • Description

  • Assists in the preparation of requirements for the renewal of permits and licenses before due date. Prepares attendance report, manpower status update and monthly manpower complement. Attends to recruitment and hiring and other personnel related functions. Monitors expiration of appointment papers for contractual and probationary employees. Ensures that documents for new employees are prepared and issued on the first day of their employment. Monitors and prepares summary of attendance and tardiness of employees. Prepares certificate for Philhealth, SSS, etc as requested by employees. Ensures that Employee Information is updated every first month of the year. Prepares Request for Payment for suppliers and monitors timely release of payment to them. Prepares and submits list of deduction to Payroll Master every 10th and 25th of the month.
